Rica and Gabe ventured to the breathtaking Lake Crescent, a spot renowned for its panoramic mountain views, alpine meadows, and crystal lake. The rugged peaks and expansive vistas offered a dramatic contrast to the lush rainforests they had explored earlier. Here, the couple enjoyed a leisurely hike, taking in the stunning scenery and the crisp mountain air. Rica and Gabe's adventure session kicked off in the enchanting Hoh Rain Forest, one of the park’s most iconic locations. The ancient trees, draped in a thick blanket of moss, created a mystical atmosphere perfect for capturing intimate moments. The lush greenery and soft, diffused light filtering through the canopy provided a magical backdrop for their maternity photos. SURPRISE, they were expecting their first child at our adventure session!
The couple embraced the natural beauty of the rainforest, exploring the moss-covered trees and winding trails. I got to capture truly tender moments between them, with the vibrant greenery highlighting their connection and love and growth among the vivid forest brush and life growing anew around them.
To complete their adventure, Rica and Gabe headed to Rialto Beach on the Pacific Coast. The rugged coastline, with its dramatic sea stacks and crashing waves, added a touch of wild, untamed beauty to their session. The beach’s unique rock formations and driftwood provided a natural and rustic setting for capturing the couple’s love.
As the sun began to set, the light cast a warm, golden glow over the scene, creating a romantic and ethereal ambiance we decided o head to the infamous Tree of Life to capture the beauty of the hundreds of year old tree that is suspended by it roots along the cliffs. Rica and Gabe’s laughter and affection were beautifully framed by the coastal landscape, making for some of the most memorable photos of their session.
